The Pair Programming

I’m not going to put two developers on the same computer for the same task… and why not?

That’s exactly what we call Pair Programming.
One person types the code on the computer while the other thinks, reviews, suggests ideas, and then they regularly switch roles.

At first glance, it might seem slower, but in reality, it saves time.
Errors are caught immediately, decisions are made faster, and solutions are more robust.

Pair Programming also helps people learn quickly: everyone shares their knowledge and best practices, explains how the code and the product work, which helps the whole team grow.

In the end, working together on the same problem means moving faster, delivering higher-quality code, and reducing the stress caused by bugs.

And you, have you ever practiced Pair Programming in your team? What do you think about it?
