Scrum is today the most widely used Agile framework in IT companies.
But in practice, what is Scrum?
Scrum is an Agile framework that helps teams collaborate, deliver value quickly, and adapt to change.
It is built on clear events, key roles, and strong values that enable teams to work effectively together.
Instead of planning and working over long periods, 6 months or even a year, Scrum teams focus on much shorter iterations in order to deliver value faster.
At the end of each iteration, or Sprint, the team must complete a piece of work that is deliverable and usable by the end user, something concrete.
Scrum is also about collaboration and transparency, with three key roles: the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, and the Developers.
In summary, Scrum means working in small steps, learning quickly, delivering value, and continuously improving.
