The Sprint Goal Scrum

In my team, we each have our own task, but we struggle to create value and move forward.
Do you have a solution for me?

It’s a question I hear often, and I have a very simple answer.
What’s your Sprint Goal?

The Sprint Goal is the heart of Scrum. Why are we doing this work?
It is created during Sprint Planning, and that’s when the team, together, decides why we’re going to spend a month working and what we want to improve.

It gives a shared direction to the team and brings meaning to the items selected from the Product Backlog.

If something unexpected happens or there’s a difficulty during the Sprint, the goal acts as a compass to guide us forward.

In short, the Sprint Goal creates focus and a vision, gives meaning to why we’re working during this iteration, and it’s truly the most important thing to move forward quickly.
