I tried agility in my company, it didn’t work. I lost money.
These are phrases I often hear when I talk to you.
And, spoiler, as an agilist, I often agree with that.
But it’s not necessarily the fault of agility, it’s more how it’s implemented.
In this new format, I’ll try to introduce you to agility, Scrum, Kanban, and its concepts in less than a minute.
The idea is to give you a concrete action before your Daily, so that you can use it during the day, with yourself or your team, to work in better and more comfortable conditions.
