Santa’s Kanban Board

If I asked you to prepare and deliver 3 billion gifts in just one month, you’d probably tell me it’s impossible.
Yet Santa Claus does it every single year!

I think his secret is perfect organization, thanks to a huge Kanban Board at the North Pole.

At the North Pole, there’s a massive board divided into several columns.
Each column represents a different stage of gift preparation, from receiving the letter to “Manufacturing,” “Wrapping,” “Delivery,” and many more.

Every gift and every child is represented by a card on this board, decorated with garlands and colors.

The advantage is that Santa can create a ticket as soon as he receives a letter and place it in “Letters Received,” then move it forward step by step as the gift is prepared.

Thanks to his magical Kanban Board, Santa delivers billions of gifts in one night and turns the chaos of December into a perfectly orchestrated night full of joy.
